From my journey to yours
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training under Rachel Hanberry Yoga Limited in June this year, specialising in vinyasa flow. I have practiced yoga for many years before this and am passionate about the transformative ability of yoga practice to improve life quality. I worked for 15 years as a high school teacher and am able to teach kids yoga and yoga for teens, alongside mindfulness and meditation practices. I am very interested in the field of mental health, wellbeing, stress reduction, mindfulness, meditation training and in bringing my knowledge and skills to a range of people, particularly women and in finding solutions through yoga to the difficulties in every stage of life. My classes are personal and fun, fostering a sense of enjoyment and self-nurture as well as challenging my students. I always integrate an intention and include a meditation practice, its not all about the work out!
